- Members are to attend at least one meeting per year.
- At least one meeting per year is to be held in the evening.
- Members who are unfinancial for two years will automatically lose membership.
- Fees are due at the AGM each year and fee increases will be considered at that time.
- Failure to notify committee of exhibition details by date required will result in work will not being hung; members must comply with the theme decided.
- Membership is limited to thirty, including non-exhibiting members.
- Non-exhibiting membership is available at reduced fees for a limit of two years upon formal notification.
- Invited artists are to present a CV and folio of work to the committee.
- From time to time provision is made for long-serving members to become life members.
- Members accept that extra levies will be required to cover exhibition costs.
- Members will be required to actively contribute to the planning and organisation of exhibitions.
- The Print Circle will not be responsible for insurance; this is the member’s own responsibility.
