Biography:

Born Sydney 1947. Lives in The Southern Highlands of N.S.W. & works from own studio. Janette is a past student of Adelaide Perry & Joyce Allen & has studied most forms of printmaking under various teachers since 1972.

Janette has exhibited in selected exhibitions both nationally & internationally since 1976 & has had 4 solo exhibitions. Janette has been a finalist in The Fremantle Print Award, The Alice Art Prize, The Blake Prize & The Portia Geach Memorial Award.

Janette is an Honorary Life Member of the Berrima District Art Society , a past President of The Southern Highland Printmakers, past secretary of The Print Circle & is a member of The Society of Book Illustrators.

Janette specialises in linocuts, woodcuts & mixed media printmaking.
